A spacious laundry and boiler room,  wine cellar and bunker complete this level.
 
Upper ground floor :
The open-plan living area is all about comfort and space.  A state of the art kitchen with its glass roof and gas-fired « Aga » will delight the gourmet.  And on days when it gets too hot to cook indoors, make the most of the elaborate barbecue facilities on the porch just outside the kitchen door.  Back on the inside, a family dining area leads seamlessly into the expansive lounge with its beautiful stone fireplace.  On this level too, a second large balcony offers another chance to enjoy the spectacular mountain views where a table for 12 is set up to enjoy al fresco dining at its best.
